A flow of the pilates principles on the mat. This class focuses on the breathe, posture, body awareness and control with movements to challenge your whole body while stretching and lengthening the muscles. This class is suitable for most clients.


Designed to help clients familiarize themselves with equipment set-up, transitions and basic Pilates principles, while getting a great workout. Expect a traditional, full body Pilates reformer workout. This class is great for anyone new to Pilates ready to learn, and clients requiring a little bit more attention.
