BARRE

A lovely and fun movement class with a mix of barre techniques and Pilates. Barre will introduce you to fun dynamic movements designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. Expect-high repetitions to target all muscle groups and develop both muscle strength and endurance.

BUNGEE SUPER FLY®

Bungee Super Fly® combines resistance training and a cardiovascular workout, while being attached to a bungee cord. It has a super high fun-factor while enjoying an effective workout. Jumping in the air, increases your heart rate and you burn up to 700 calories per workout. The bungee gives a different dimension to burpees, push-ups and jumps, you’ll be motivated to train your muscles in a different way.

WAKE UP CALL

A functional HIIT class, predominantly dependent on body weight as well as occasional weights (kettle bell, dumbbell, TRX). Designed to improve muscular performance and stamina. It will help your body move better as a unit and burn a ton of calories in the process. This is fitness at its core.

HIIT UNITY

This is a high intensity full body workout, this class works on your strength, activating your muscles, and firing up your core. It is suitable for all levels.
